Q: What is your "attorney's fee"?

A: I take accident cases on a contingent "fee" basis. That means you do not pay me if you lose the case. If you win, you pay me a percentage of the money you get. If you and I agree to a contingent fee, I will put the agreement in writing and give you a signed copy. The contract will explain what percentage I will charge t if you win and how it might vary. It will also state who will pay for any court costs.
