Three wheel ATV flips killing young boy.

A young boy was riding a three wheel ATV in a pasture. It looked like a safe place to ride. It appeared that the only hazard was he might run into the fence around the pasture. The ATV hit a bump from an old farm road, the front wheel came off the ground. When the front wheel landed, the kobby tire grabbed the ground and turned perpendicular to the direction of travel. The ATV flipped and landed on the boy killing him. The case was successfully settled.
