Teenage boy paralyzed when his ATV flips

A Stafford county teenage was riding his all terrain vehicle. When he attempted to climb a hill, the ATV has so much power that it flipped over backwards on him. His back was broken and he was paralyzed from the waist down. My expert was able to design a fix to the ATV what would, without destroying the utility of the machine, prevent it from flipping over backwards even when going uphill. The case was successfully settled.
