Car runs stop sign and crashes into a passenger van.

My client was a passenger in a van. As the van was traveling alone on Route 3 in King George County, a car pulled out from a stop sign right in front of the van. The plaintiffs head hit the windshield. He was transported by ambulance to the Hospital where was diagnosed with a bruised hip, leg, and I ankle fracture and a laceration to his head which required seven stitches to close the wound. He made a good recovery and the case was settled.
