Four people attack by a pit bull

OMAHA - Two women were playing with their children, seventeen months and fifteen months, by riding them in a little red wagon.  The pit bull attacked the babies who were strapped in the the wagon.  The attack was savage.  When the mothers attempted to defend their babies, the dog attacked them.  He bit one mother in the neck.  The dog ripped the whole scalp off of the little girl.  The scalp was found in the wagon.  The police took the scalp to the hospital to hopefully to attach it back to her head.

How horrifying! I can't imagine that happening to my grandchildren. My heart goes out to those poor people. I hope they get the justice they deserve.
