Fatal Wrong-way crash caused by drunk driver.

A drunk driver going the wrong-way on I-95 at 96 miles per hour crashed into an automobile killing the driver of that car.  The fatal accident killed Robert L. Thomas and severly injured Franshaw Jackson.  Jackson suffered injuries to his heart, chest and brain.  It is hard for me to call the wreck and accident.  Drunk driving is not an accident.  It is a criminal act.  Don't drink and drive.  Drinking and driving is a deadly mix.
