Fatal tractor-trailer crash on U.S. 17 in Stafford

A fatal crash in Stafford on Rt. 17 killed Susan Lee Haines.  The conduct of the tractor-trailer driver was more than reckless.  The truck driver's conduct was totally outrageous.  He caused the wreck because he was driving a tractor trailer with part of the front brakes missing.  After he removed the some of the parts to the front brakes, he towed a load of sand which weighed 83,000 pounds.  It is no surprise that he ran a red light and killed someone.
