Initiating a Claim: The Road Less Traveled
If you have been in a car or truck accident, and have suffered an injury that the insurance company won’t offer compensation for, you have two choices. You can either:
Say nothing, accept the pain, the additional expense, the decline or loss of income, and the strong possibility that both the quality and length of your life will be less from now on;
Hire an experienced attorney, who may give you a whole new perspective on your situation.
It’s really quite amazing how many of those injured say nothing or try to handle their own claim

Last year by January 30th, 53 people had been killed on Virginia roads. This year by January 30th, 53 people had also been killed. The last three that were killed died in accidents caused by icy roads. The interesting and alarming thing about the three most recent deaths is that each of those killed were not wearing their seat belts. Two of the three who were not wearing their seatbelts were either rejected or partially ejected. The lesson to be learned from these three deaths is that one should always wear their seatbelt. The idea that one can be thrown three of an accident without serious injuries or deaths is totally false.
If you or a family member has suffered an injury in an auto accident you know it can be a very difficult time. Recognizing this reality nationally recognized Personal Injury Lawyer Jack Harris has written an invaluable book. Mr. Harris’s book title, The Ultimate Guide to Your Personal Injury Case says it all; this book is really the ultimate guide covering everything from what you must know to the questions you should ask. This book is a must read for anyone who has suffered an injury in an auto accident.
