Spotsylvania teenager killed when his ATV flipped.

Another teenager has been killed on an all-terrain vehicles.  Because the tires on ATV look so big and soft, one is inclined to think they are not dangerous.  They are, in fact, very, very, very dangerous.  Yes, that is three very's.  To get an idea how really dangerous they are click here.
